Leadercast Women is an annual, one day conference featuring women speakers sharing their insights on leadership. fieldX sent a team of student ambassadors to enhance professional development and training through both working and attending the event. Specifically, fieldXers served in roles that allowed them to work with catering teams to ensure beverage stations were filled, food was distributed in a timely manner and lines were managed. fieldXers also assisted Leadercast Women speakers by helping manage schedules and cater to needs. Additionally, fieldXers also helped managed marketing of booths.
FieldXer Roles
- fieldXers had the opportunity to serve in various capacities such as catering managers, talent handlers, and marketing coordinators.
- In addition to even specific training on site, fieldXers also completed fieldX 101 and custom client learning modules to prepare them for the event.
