ABOUT THE EVENT

Are you a motivated college students and high school seniors with a passion for the travel business and sports industry? Interested to join us for a micro-internship at the NFL Travel Director's Meeting in Nashville, TN? As an intern, you will play a vital role in various aspects of the event, including registration, guest services, setup, and breakdown, providing you with valuable hands-on experience in both the travel and sports sectors. This opportunity offers a unique chance to gain insights into the highly specialized career of a Travel Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with event registration and check-in processes.
• Provide exemplary guest services, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
• Contribute to the setup and breakdown of event spaces and materials.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure the seamless execution of the conference.
• Have the opportunity to shadow and interact with experienced professionals in the travel and sports industries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interest in pursuing a career in the travel business or sports industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to the event's success.
• Experience is not necessary, passion and interest is paramount.
• High school seniors and college students are encouraged to apply.
